Wedding Party Brooke, Maid of Honour Brooke and Sarah have been best friends for a long time, and have known each other since they were ten years old and on the Surrey Knights Swim Team. They usually think alike and have a million inside jokes, as well as remarkably similar taste in almost everything. Susan, Matron of Honour Susan is Sarah's older sister...don't be fooled, they're not twins, even though people often make that mistake. Susan has been there always, whether it's lending a listening ear or driving to the States for shopping. Mel, Bridesmaid Mel and Sarah met in their third year at UBC, and were soon inseparable. They took almost every class together for two years and spent a lot of time in class writing notes! Now that Mel is in Toronto for medical school, they have med classes to share woes about. Genevieve, Bridesmaid Genevieve and Sarah met in high school and spent a lot of time at UBC together. They lived together in our fourth year at UBC in Fairview as well! Lara, Bridesmaid Lara and Sarah met as penpals in high school, but grew closer as they both started attending UBC. They enjoy going on random summer adventures, and are each other's summer chicas. Mark, Best Man Mark is Allen's "bigger" younger brother. Moving around a lot has always kept Mark and Allen close, despite their sometimes differing interests. Byron, Groomsman Byron and Allen went to school together and have always enjoyed working on projects together. They now work for the same company. Martin, Groomsman Martin and Allen went to school together with the same discipline. They are very like-minded in many ways. Nick, Groomsman Nick and Allen also went to school together and also played on many Ultimate frisbee teams together. Nick is extra special because he is hosting our website! Makayla, Flower Girl Makayla is Sarah's adorable six year old niece. She is very excited to be the flower girl at the wedding! Jaiden, Ring Bearer Jaiden is Sarah's loveable three year old nephew.
